Perspectives On One Sided Love!

"Ek taarfa pyar ki taaqat hi kuchh aur hoti hai....." and the rest we all know from the famous movie dialogue. Sometimes, I feel one sided love is more treated as an ignorant side! But these things are not that much colourful as the movie cuts take place. Rather, if we step into the real world, I guess, we'll see, it has a gray shade. That's right, not love, but one sided love is actually a gray shade.
It is so delicate in both ways, the one who loves and the one who don't love that person.

Do you feel the same way?   đŸŒģ

Honestly, I haven't faced any one sided love from my side. But I felt it from the other way, that, I became someone else's one sided love! It is not disturbing all the time, but obviously, sometimes, it is.
This post will discuss from the perspective of a person who became very special for someone only one-sided way!

At times, I ask myself why do these types of relationship exits? I am sure it is painful, painful to know that the one you love cannot treat you the way you want! But still, heart and soul have some special place for that one name!
Earlier, I used to get irritated by these types of feeling that someone I know was starting to have feelings for me. I had understood at that time that it's so complicated, uneasy situation, but I never tried to confront it. Don't know why! Maybe, thought that, the person will forget me easily if I started ignoring the whole thing.
But now, I confront it. I always want to give that feeling that I am there as a friend, and I will be as a genuine person. I thought that, the least I could do is this. Though, it'll be wrong if I don't mention that things don't get awkward. It is, still. Sometimes, I hurt my close friend, unwillingly, helplessly. But I made a point of my life and in my life, is, I'll be there with that person, because, who wants to loose friends! But if I see that the person's pain is unbearable and my presence in that person's life makes days tormenting, then I will leave. True that, there's no comparison, but still, if we compare, then my life is lesser painful than that one person! For me, painful for loosing a friend or a person, but, on the other side, seeing his/her love of life continuously not having similar thoughts. I believe, leading a peaceful, satisfying life sometimes depends on to the will that "I have to be happy, have to take positivity from all the small pieces from the surroundings.."
While doing that, I will feel bad I know for losing a close one of my life. But I can't make myself another one's sorrow, clogged one's joy. Love cannot be a constant struggle!

At this age, I see people manage these vulnerable things with such delicacy and so many different ways. It made me feel good that we care for each other, have love and respect. In life, except love, what else do we need most? Perhaps, peace, a good mental health! Ultimately, we all want only this and these are the driving forces behind a wise and a meaningful life.

  2. So honest and well written. I absolutely loved reading it. And yes, I also think mental peace is another important thing that we need other than love.

  3. The word "love" is so complicated but the feeling of love is simple. The eagle watchs the earth from the miles of altitude but it notice only one thing, that is "food". In love whatever happens we search for our dream person. It may be a heroin, may be a best friend and may be a Anonymous. It is not necessary to get the person in life, or to hug her but the concept is one sided to you that's fine, but may be it is a dream connection for him. It is not necessary to have pain. It's all about satisfaction.
Nice thinking keep it up. Keep growing your world, the eagle will be happy.

    1. Yes, true. Feeling of love is simple and beautiful but it is full of layers. In one sided love, am not saying that one should leave, but I wrote here only from one perspective. That's why, I said, it is layered. These feelings or situations can be handled by various ways.

ECHOES ACROSS TIME

Aarav and Nisha arrived on Havelock Island, hoping to escape the rush of their everyday lives. The island felt untouched—quiet beaches, clear water, and a silence that seemed from another time. Their hotel was small and old, filled with antique furniture and forgotten memories. While Aarav rushed to the beach, Nisha lingered. She found a leather-bound diary hidden beneath old letters, worn with age. The diary belonged to a woman named Shivani, dated 1970. Curious, Nisha asked the hotel manager about it. He smiled gently. “It’s been here for as long as I can remember,” he said, “but no one knows how it got here.” Nisha began reading. Shivani had left everything behind—her family, her friends, even her fiancÊ—to live in solitude on the island. She didn’t explain why, only that she needed to step away from the life she knew. “I needed to get away from the noise,” Shivani wrote. “I wanted to be invisible, to live without the weight of anyone’s expectations. There is peace in being f...
